Shipping Time & Tracking Information

  • For international orders, it can take up to 10 days before tracking details become available.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery times are:
    • New Zealand: 15-60 days
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

If you have not received tracking information within 10 days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Customs & Import Duties
